It can be intimidating to share a personal experience since you never know how the audience will react but everyone has ups and downs in their life’s related to something but I want to share my personal experience when I reached to canada as international foreign students in covid 19 in 2020 that was most difficult phase of my life which means shortage of work which effected my mental health so much. I was always worried about my tuition fees , monthly rents and groceries too . That was the time I faced lots of problems as I was all alone in this foreign country but some how I was able to find a job and manage my all problems .
