If your IEC Young Professionals work permit was issued after December 18, 2024, you will no longer receive Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points for a valid job offer under Express Entry.

✔️ Candidates with IEC Young Professionals permits issued before December 18, 2024, can still claim 50 or 200 CRS points, provided they meet all requirements.
✔️ Those with permits issued after this date will not receive CRS points for arranged employment.
✔️ By spring 2025, all job offer-based CRS points will be removed from Express Entry, affecting a wider group of candidates.
