To participate in this program, you need a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic Canada. Eligible applicants include:

Recent Graduates from a recognized post-secondary institution in Atlantic Canada, or
Skilled Workers
You can apply from abroad or within Canada as a temporary resident.

International Students can apply for direct PR without needing work experience if they:

Have a degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized institution in one of the four Atlantic provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador)
Studied full-time for at least two years
Lived in one of these provinces for at least 16 months in the two years before graduation
Held the necessary visa or permit for study or work in Canada
